Slow to respond to repairs, over 5 days in many cases though as a registered NLA member there site says 3 days. Not dealing adequately with abusive tenants, leading to police called many times for house share. Not dealing with mold in wetroom and smallest bedroom. Removing fan power cord so been on 24/7 for months at cost to tenants. Taking a week for front door lock changes after police incidents. Sending out ill researched and threatening letters about rent arrears etc. Misleading listing on landlord website with photos over 2 years old, not showing poor condition of some rooms, exteria condition to date and condition of some appliances as damaged by previous tenants. Listing some items provided which belong to tenants as part of property.

Just moved out of the room, only because I wanted 1 bedroom flat to live with my girlfriend , very pleased with agent/landlord, room was exactly as advertised, would definitely rent from them again. Other tenants were very nice too...
