Service absolutely appalling, This agent lost me my tenant through refusing to deal with repairs, lying to me about the tenant and lying to the tenant about me. This cost me £1,000 in repairs and lost rent, some of which could have been recouped from the deposit, had they not completely mishandled my claim, and refused to give me relevant information. Eventually I had to complain to the DPS just to get an answer.
To be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the stress and cash.
