The worst estate agency. We have moved in to the property that had few failures that were apparently out of property managers knowledge. Eg, broken fridge/frizer door, mouldy washing mashine, most of the light bulbs not working, mould in silikone around the bath tab, broken bed frame. We are negotiating to get things fixed from two months and only light bulbs were replayced. It takes ages for our property manager to reply for emails, he's never in the office to take a phone call, never answers his mobile. After few complaints he replied sayimg that if we don't like the way the agency manages the property they are happy to give us the deposit back and we can move out.
What agent could do to change your mind?
