We were extremely impressed with the service that we received throughout the whole sale process.
We started dealing with Samantha in July and from the beginning nothing was too much trouble for her. We went through a very complicated and lengthy process for various reasons due to the house itself. We required additional searches, surveys, engineers in order to complete the sales; Samantha had all the relevant contacts at hand and arranged everything we needed. Whenever Samantha wasn't available we dealt with Elizabeth and/or Hilary, both up to speed with everything so I didn't need to bring them up to speed. We received superb service throughout, from the first phone call all the way through to Hilary waiting for us after hours on the Friday night when we picked up the keys as we were running late. Would highly recommend, great staff and would always be our first choice. We will definitely be using Jordan Fishwicks again in the future.
