I have purchase a property through Manning Stainton in Morley, Leeds recently.
I dealt with Emma through out the transation. She was always very helpful and is a primary reason that the chain completed (it very nearly didn't due to other parts of the chain). Emma despite a very challenging transation was always cheerful and went way beyond the extra mile to ensure that things were moving along.
I would abosolutely recommend Manning Stainton to purchase through and particularly the excellent service provided by Emma and her colleagues.

I purchased a house so I didn't pay any fees. My other house is now rented with Manning Stainton so I have paid some fees. It's quite pricey for processing the tenant applications but you are getting a very thougher and professional service from Manning Stainton and they do have a strict criteria for tenants which is what I wanted. Manning Stainton staff are always very helpful.
