Our house went on the market in December 2012 for the first time in 26 years and we had a firm offer by mid February 2013; although we did not complete until August 2013. George was supportive throughout, thoroughly professional and patient in his approach as well as completely realistic regarding the property valuation. He is clearly a very experienced negotiator and was ably backed up by sales processor, Christine. We had forgotten how stressful selling a house can be, but CJ Hole made things very easy for us, so thank you Henleaze, George and Chris especially.
