The guy who initially dealt with me was professional but after tenant was found the 2 ladies I dealt were rude and unprofessional over the phone. Later on to discover that one of the lady was the director of the company. It really made it difficult when I made a complaint for she dealt with it but was not satisfied and I decided to terminate their management. Still waiting for her response so I can do according to the contract I signed with them. It took them 3-4 months to find me a tenant. Never did they discuss with me feedback from viewers. It's only after 4 months they called me to discuss reducing the price of the rental property. After that a tenant was found within 2 weeks. I found the long wait could have been avoided if they had acted in a professional and efficient way. Why wait 4 months to discuss reduction of price. I kept calling them all they would say don't worry it will be sorted soon.
