Sadly we have had to deal with this unprofessional woman for the length of our tenancy. She is abrut and rude and is very unhelpful to tenants. I cannot comment on how she deals with the landlord's all I know is that the landlord is very nice and professional and it would be far better to deal with the landlord directly.
When I requested to deal with another agent because I found Angelique very rude she replied that she thought I was rude. Lovely customer service.

Stop being incredibly rude! Very off putting knowing that there is a total cow on the end of the phone.Attached Filesnbsp;
