Selling my property with Sinclair could not have been easier - after an initial discussion with Paul we put the property on the market , within a few days we had a number of viewings scheduled which culminated in a successful offer at full asking price. Professional photographers did a great job highlighting the best selling points of the property. All viewings were scheduled on a single day with Paul overseeing very effectively. After receiving an offer , Paul did a great job liasing with buyers and sellers to agree successful completion. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service and believe it represented value for money.
