The most terrible, horrendous and horriffic customer service in the property business. Their telephone manners are atrocious (I spoke with at least three different members of staff on different occasions so I may be pardoned for this generalisation because they were all equally rude and condescending), they have no proper record keeping (each time I called, I had to 'register' all over again, wasting my time and they never apologised for this), the agents feel too 'busy' to go on viewings and feel they are above customers. In general, I had a most terrible experience and will never in a million years be doing business with them.
My advice: Learn from my experience, avoid at all costs!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Too late now, my mind cannot be changed. I will never attempt doing business with them.

Is about 30 days since my contract is due and still waiting for my deposit refund . I am kindly asking for help to find a way to get my money back. The only way is to go to court? I had been contributing with 1/3 of 1350£ (450£), on 1st of May the landlord made the checkout with NO any isses or complaints. Even if I accepted an abusive bill deduction for about 66£ on my place, they still refuse to refound the rest.
