Very unprofessional, extremely poor communication and overall worst ever customer service i have ever received or heard in my life. Declared that all is agreed and at the end said Landlord given the property to some one else.
What agent could do to change your mind?
they should have communicated better and should not have asked for all amount to be transferred . Because of them i have lost 2000 and left in middle of no where to live.

We apologise for your experience however we cannot be held responsible if the landlord of the property decides to rent it out to someone of his choice. Any landlord has the right to make a decision of who he would like to take as a tenant, as an agency it takes 72 hours to carry out reference checks and communicate with the landlord to get a final decision. We provided your details to the landlord and he opted for a different tenant, it's not something we can force landlords to do, it's there choice. You left you deposit on a Saturday and it was refunded on Tuesday, that's 2 working days. Your deposit was refunded to you in full and in good time, once again we apologise but every consumer has rights to choose with in a set cooling of period and you were treated appropriately with in the time frame professionally.
