Having used two Letting Agents in Frome already I was used to a sloppy service and disgruntled tenants. A friend, also a Landlord, uses Greener Lettings and his feedback was so positive that I gave them a go. That was a year ago and I am really happy. Polly & Rose are friendly and efficient. The company is small but run on real principles which shows. We get informed of issues but not pestered. When our boiler broke we were immediately given two quotes for a replacement and the work was carried out swiftly. Our tenants are happy and want to stay as long as possible. The Greener Lettings approach is about long term lets which means we pay less in re-letting fees and our tenants can get settled enough to start looking after the property as if it is their own. A thoroughly recommended company. We are now considering buying another investment property as our experience has now been so positive.
