As an ex tenant I can only say that London Rentals are absolute cowboys. Demanding money to secure a property and then I rented a property that was filthy and I had to pay for it to be cleaned until I could move in. This also happened to other tenants I spoke to. Did they care? No. Did the landlord care? No. What about when mice and rats moved in? The landlord did not respond. London Rentals BREAK THE LAW and do not put your deposit in a government protection scheme so avoid at all costs. I can\'t wait for Trading Standards to close them down!

We have recently been taken over by a new management company. Together with intensive staff training and company restructuring we are now pleased to offer a whole new range of services as well as a high level of customer service.

We are aware the previous management team had let many clients and tenants down. We have vigorously re trained the new staff with a whole new set of policy's and procedures ensuring the clients of London Rentals all experience great customer service.

We are excited with the new dedicated departments as we have already seen clients benefit from the changes. The new maintenance team work tirelessly to ensure all problems in a property are resolved as quickly as possible, currently we are expanding the team to have builders in each area, so a call out would result in a same day visit at a time to suit.

Our young friendly team are dedicated to moving you into your ideal property and they are always happy to meet prospective tenants at the property to show them around, we hope that all our new clients as well as our current tenants enjoy seeing the changes that are being made and have a positive experience.

In house we have a dedicated team answering all question clients may have, as well as having a new office that they are welcome to visit. The finance team are dedicated to helping tenants keep their rental accounts in order as well as offering many new services.

Lettings Team
The lettings department compromises of our experienced negotiators together with a dedicated team in house, posting and updating adverts on all our online portals throughout the day. Our negotiators show all our properties to prospective tenant, and can instantly answer any questions the tenants may have at the viewing. The lettings team is also supported by the accounts team, ensuring a quick turnaround from holding deposit to the signing of a tenancy.

Property Management
Our property management department provides an important service to many of our clients. For landlords who reside overseas as well as those who neither wish to be involved in routine management or have contact with their tenants, this service is invaluable. Our landlords are provided with a copy of the inventory alongside the tenancy agreements for their records, covering all relevant information from meter readings to detailed reports of the condition of the property.
This service also covers collecting rents and administrating the bills on your behalf and organising repairs and replacements as required. We endeavour to look after the properties in the most cost efficient way and keep both you and the tenants duly informed.

Our management team in conjunction with the lettings team advise and arrange all size refurbishments. Our aim is to achieve the best standard required to successfully market your properties in order to achieve the maximum rental value. Using our contractors and professionals who we have tried and tested over the years, ensuring that this is a valuable service and we are proud to be offering it.

Marketing & PR
We have recently launched a social media presence as well as being present on the top property websites. We aim to be on all social media portals in the near future as well as advertising in the various community papers.

We offer guaranteed rent, higher than the local housing allowance rates; we cover all areas within the M25, and outskirts, including Luton, Southend, Gravesend, Crawley, Basildon and Harlow. Leases range from two to five years. Properties are rented to local councils with whom we work closely with, and the rent is paid whether the property is occupied or not. We do full management services on these properties. This scheme offers landlords peace of mind knowing that their properties are rented out on long leases with guaranteed rental incomes.

We have an in house legal team and we offer all services from notices to quit through to instructing bailiffs. We aim to provide you with an expert service, in full compliance with all legal requirements, at a fraction of the price you would pay a solicitor.

Building Works
We offer a service to oversee all property building works including loft or property conversions, small scale decorations or complete property refurbishments. We have a team of specialist builders who we work closely with. We take care of projects from start to finish from architects to meter installation; we work alongside building control to specific regulations. We work alongside the council for planning permission and council tax bandings.

We have recently come accross this website and are therefore taking the time to respond to all reviews.
Firstly, we thank you for your review. All feedback is appreciated as it helps us to see what we are doing right and indeed if we need to improve in any areas.
At London Rentals we pride ourselves in ensuring that all our tenants are happy and therefore any issue raised with us gets dealt with promptly. Without further details from yourself, we do not know if we did the letting only on the property or if we managed it. If we are not managing the property, we are not responsible for any maintenance issues however as the letting agent, we would be happy to chase up any issue with your landlord or managing agent.
I can assure you that all deposits get registered with a government-backed tenancy deposit scheme (TDP) and all our tenants get the full details and indeed notification directly from the TDP.
