I tried to arrange a viewing twice. On the first time Ocean cancelled 4 hours in advance saying they had not got permission of the lodgers. On the second occasion they cancelled after the scheduled viewing because they couldn\'t get the keys.
They didn\'t even turn up to tell me they couldn\'t get in. I had to phone them to ask them why they hadn\'t turned up
I asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint. They promised I would get a call - you can guess what happened!
I came away with the impression of a VERY amateur organisation
