Other Costs for Tenants
We will collect 1 weeks rent as holding deposit when you are interested in a property, this will be used against your first months rent or deposit. The holding deposit may not be refunded if you have failed referencing or your do not complete the transaction for any lawful reason.

As agents, we are the intimidator between landlords and tenants. When we receive instructions from landlords, good or bad, we have to relay the messages to the tenants, and vice versa.
If a Tenancy Agreement is signed, then that binds the landlord and tenant into a legal agreement, and this agreement cannot be changed.
If a tenant is unable to move into a property they originally viewed for whatever the reason may be or whom the fault may lie with. Allen Goldstein will endeavour to offer an alternative property.
