A badly run estate agency offering a very poor service!

They list properties on the website without the consent of the owners. When you call up to ask about the property that was listed that same day it is mysterious not available anymore! This happened to 3 properties I inquired about!

I have heard horror stories about people not having their deposit\'s protected probably and not getting your deposit\'s returned. This is illegal.

AVOID this agency as there are plenty of other better ones in camden!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
- advertise only current available properties, as you only waste peoples time and it is poor service not to keep your site and adverts up to date

Dear James,

Agents cannot advertise properties without the consent of the landlord. You are more than welcome to come into our office and request to see signed documentation by landlords authorising Allen Goldstein to market their properties.

We advise you to register your interests of renting with agents as that way you would be the first to know about new properties. Often properties can take upto 24 hrs to appear on external web portals, by that time properties can get rented as it is a very fast paced market.

Allen Goldstein do not hold on to tenant deposits, it is transferred over to the landlord once the tenants take possession of the property. We advise landlords that by law they need to register all deposits in one of four government backed scheme.
