I have rented a property through Fineholm and found them to be very incompetent. The inventory check we were provided with when we moved in was out of date and listed things like freshly painted walls and newly varnished floors when every surface was scuffed and worn and there were several large cracks down the walls which haven't been dealt with at all. It looked like the inventory was from the previous tennant. In hindsite we should have walked away then. My heating has broken down on several occasions and they take far too long to arrange for things to get fixed. Every task requires several phone calls and they are rude and unhelpful asking for us to sort things out - what are they getting paid for?
