After having our house for sale with another agent who we have used for our last 5 moves we felt disappointed with the lack of viewings. After 11 months we swapped to Ryder and Dutton. The difference was obvious within a matter of 2 or 3 weeks. The photos on the website of our house were better quality and there was more of them. We were given a contact name to deal with any enquiries (Sharon) although if not available any of the rest of the team would take a precise message to pass on to Sharon if they were unable to give us an answer. Our queries were answered quickly, efficiently and with obvious interest in us. Not just \'another client\'. During all conversations Sharon explained very clearly the latest situation and at no time were we given information which was purely speculation. It was explained to us, the reality of each and every stage. We had more viewings in the first 8 weeks with Ryder and Dutton than the previous 11 months with the first agency. An offer was made and accepted but the buyer was in a difficult situation due to a bereavement, family issues and probate problems etc. During this difficult stage Sharon went beyond the normal agents remit and liaised with our solicitor many times, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week for several weeks, keeping the solicitor and ourselves fully up to date with the buyers situation. Completion was earlier this week, we are now in our new home and are delighted that we chose Ryder and Dutton and that Sharon was assigned as our sales contact. I should also add that the buyer who was obviously going through a stressful time was also helped by Sharon and all of Ryder and Dutton. The buyer was worried on more than one occasion that they might miss out on our house but with Ryder and Dutton\'s time and advise between ourselves and the buyer, everyone are now fully satisfied. Finally James who we had the first contact with at our house kept in touch to check we were happy with progress. Not one to take photos, stick an ad on the web and not to be heard from again.
