Very professional and always thorough in there follow ups. Our completion took a long time for various reasons but the way Jack liaised with all such as the sellers, buyers and both parties solicitors is very commendable . Sometimes, my solicitor on the buying side used to get annoyed ? but he was doing a great job in my opinion.
