Farr & Farr well and truly earned their fee for the sale of my coach house in Churchdown. My conveyancers were unbelievably slow - it took 7 months to complete on a chain free deal. They didn't answer phone calls or answer e-mails without being continually harassed and were extremely frustrating throughout. Kelly managed to keep my buyer and his solicitor informed so that they didn't pull out and I didn't lose the sale. Thanks Kelly and everyone else who helped. Would definitely use again and highly recommend
