Where to begin? Things started well with Aspect until they started ignoring maintenance issues (about 6 months into our tenancy) within the property, not fixing window frames which were broken from before our tenancy began, not alerting us to the fundamental mold and damp problems the building suffered which had just been painted over, (so come the first hint of winter, boom black mold everywhere), heaters not working and not getting fixed upon being reported, one time a neighbor latched the front door shut with no one in the building, the solution aspect sought was sending a polish man round to kick it in, breaking the frame, which he "repaired" with 1 small screw to the lock leaving the frame broken. After 18 months we were sick of constantly reporting the issues and just gave up on contact with the regarding the problems, vacated the second our contract was up, since then it has not been any better.

I'll be honest I'm skipping over this, it was worse than it sounds. We basically gave up on them doing any maintenance and took to doing everything ourselves, obviously refusing to pay out a great deal to fix some of the fundamental issues such as the mold in the brickwork or paying out to the fix the double glazing that the previous tenants had broken. but changing the shoddy light fittings, replacing a door that the handle broke on, fixing hinges on 2 other doors. We did not hear a peep out of then for the last 8 months of our tenancy, at least we weren't having our correspondence ignored we just didn't exist,

We are 6 weeks after leaving the property and still have no sign of our deposit, despite being promised to have it back in full. Can we fight for i? of course not, apparently (according to Lorraine) they don't use a deposit scheme as it is easier to get our deposits back through mutual agreements, well 3 weeks after agreeing to have our fill deposit back (as an "apology" for the conditions they left us living in) we are yet to see a penny. And the CAB don't answer their phones so we are pretty much screwed until solicitors get involved.

Would I recommend Aspect Property Solutions? Depends what for, if you want to then sure go ahead, some people like that, but personally not my idea of a good time
What agent could do to change your mind?
see the review, absolutely would not recommend them , no maintenance done to the property, most of our messages were ignored. Things they could do better, actually maintaining the property they are paid to, returning calls, responding to emails, returning deposits, using deposit schemes, and by could do better I mean actually start doing to begin with.
