These people are stammers. Avoid them at all costs. They make you pay for an application then do not inform you of any progress, I chased too many times to count until I gave up on thinking my money will get reimbursed...

At the end of the tenancy, Oliver has came up with false accusations just to rip the deposit off, i emailed him back and trying to shift off some of the accusations but unfortunately nothing changed.
