I have just sold a property using Jigsaw having used them for many years to let property. As usual the service is excellent, the staff are always efficient, knowledgable, friendly and professional. The whole process was very smooth, I was kept informed at every step of the way and the valuation was very accurate.

Landlord Fees

Tenant Management Service
12% (inc. VAT), On Completion (Fees are negotiable)

Full Property Management:
We offer a fully managed service for a 10% monthly management fee plus VAT and we do not have any set up fees.

This includes all of our property management services with the addition of:

• Marketing the property in our office with photographs and descriptions
• Placing a board outside the property (optional)
• Advertising on the internet with the top portals; Rightmove, Zoopla & Prime Location plus our own website
• Advertising on our social media platforms Facebook and Instagram
• Interview and register all prospective tenants verbally before organising viewings
• Carrying out full referencing in house along with employers reference, previous Landlords reference, credit checks and perusal of bank statements and payslips
• Once the referencing is satisfactory we will continue to prepare the Tenancy Agreement and legal documents and contact you to arrange the moving in appointment
• Full video inventory and written schedule of condition carried out on the

• Place a prominent For Sale board at the property (optional)
• Advertise the property on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location plus other top property portals
• Advertise the property on our website and social media platforms
• Take professional photographs with wide angle lens equipment and produce floorplans with individual room measurements and overall property size
• Produce full-colour sales brochures to be distributed to potential buyers from our database
• Organise viewings to suit your availability or carry out the viewings if preferred and obtain viewing feedback
• Phonelines open 6 days a week and staff available for viewings 7 days a week
• Regular feedback to ensure that we are on the right track and that your property does not remain unsold for an extended period of time
• Sales progression to ensure a timely & hassle free sale

Tenant Find Services:
We offer tenant find services which include all of the following for a fee of 50% of the first months’ rent plus VAT:
• Marketing the property in our office with photographs and descriptions
• Placing a board outside the property (optional)
• Advertising on the internet with the top portals; Rightmove, Zoopla & Prime Location plus our own website
• Advertising on our social media platforms Facebook and Instagram
• Interview and register all prospective tenants verbally before organising viewings with you as Landlord (we recommend as you will be managing the property you meet all of prospective tenants to ensure you are happy)
o If you wish for us as agents to carry out all viewings we can do this for a small fee to cover fuel and staff time
• Carrying out full referencing in house along with employers reference, previous Landlords reference, credit checks and perusal of bank statements and payslips
• Once the referencing is satisfactory we will continue to prepare
