Russell’s service is impeccable. After years of appalling service with several of the “big” name Estate Agents, Russell was a breath of fresh air. He made us feel as if we were his main priority, despite the fact that I know how busy he is.
His experience and knowledge of the industry makes you feel very safe in what can only be described as a very intimidating and complicated scenario.
His communication is outstanding and I have never encountered a time when I have not been able to get hold of him.
This particular sale was not an easy one, especially in a time of such financial uncertainty and getting a mortgage nigh on impossible (on this particular property) he remained positive, cheerful and in control. And once all parties agreed, pushed the sale though very quickly.
I cannot recommend him highly enough 👌🏻 *****
