We had quite a difficult move with a number of unforeseen problems. Kate frequently liaised with all the other parties involved - our solicitor, our purchasers’ solicitor, the estate agent dealing with our onward purchase and the solicitor dealing with the sale for the property we were buying - in order to keep the process on track for completion within our agreed time frame. I lost track of the number of times Kate phoned with information or potential difficulties that she either had resolved or would do so. It would have been much harder for the sale to have reached completion without Kate pushing it through. We cannot recommend Wrights highly enough.
