Absolutely terrible office. Dealt with both the sales and lettings department and they are a complete shambles. No communication between the two so I constantly had to repeat myself and chase, and no replies unless I chased several times! Kept saying they would provide us with information and never did, a complete mess. Had no issue with the fantastic property management company who managed our property before, but ever since Winkworth took over it all went downhill
