Very poor service. Viewed a property and wanted to put an application in and requested the form to be emailed right away. Due to a disability I am currently out of work so Tony didn't send me the form even though I can provide a guarantor. Several days go by and I called him only to find out that he wants to do an inspection of my current flat to 'make sure I was the right fit'. The whole process was incredibly demeaning and frankly a massive overstep. But as I wanted the property quite badly I agreed.

A few days after his viewing I called to see if I could have the form sent out. I was then informed that another person was interested. I offered to pay to reserve the property and he said he would let me know. I didn't hear from him again. I left 4 voicemails and sent 2 emails. It has now been 2 weeks and the property has been marked as reserved.

I am absolutely furious about how this was handled. Especially with how I was treated because of a disability. Frankly its appalling.

Hello TJoiner, I'm not sure if you have the right agent? At Move2b we have a policy of only taking one application per property, at a time.
