Absolutely awful estate agency! I wouldn't want to touch them with a barge pole again! No help whatsoever when you get a problem with your landlady, during a year and half living in an appartment that fahrens originally managed, soon as there was problems with the flat, the ladylady wanted to take over and they didnt want to know nor try and help in any way!
They are happy to take your money as their commission but soon as something happens they dont want to get involved are not helpful and rude!.
By far the worst agency i have dealt with!

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agency couldve been helpful and polite. Not rude argumentative when asked a question regarding our rights and atleast called or emailed us for when we move out the property to help us find somewhere else! Awful just awful. The worst estate agency in Bournemouth!Attached Filesnbsp;

Hi there. I'm sorry that you have had trouble Amy with us. We would only send in contractors if you were out and we have used them for many years to trust them explicitly. All deposits are registered in the TDS so they are protected from you, us and the landlord.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

I'm sorry that you felt that we did not assist. Unfortunately when a property is managed by the landlord we have no say or control and everything is at the landlords discretion and indeed all contact goes to them, not through us.
Our fees are competitive and we charge for the high quality service we offer. If a property is 'let only' then the landlord takes full responsibility to managing the flat during tenancy which we have no control over.
We are always there to lend an ear in these situations and I'm sorry that you did not take this up and also that you felt the need to complain on this website and not contact us directly to sort out the issues.
