Bairstow Eves sold my mother in laws house after she sadly died. They took photos which showed a lot of her belongings and furniture in the photos. Over 2 years later they are advertising the house for sale again and are using the same photos when it was my mother in laws house again with her personal stuff on them still. They took a couple of new ones but most were the same ones as before. On their website for the Braintree branch they were all the older ones. we have rang and complained to the office and e mailed the manager with very disrespectful responses from them.They say they hve the right to use them even if it created a lot of upset to the family. They have no heart and think they can treat people like crap. beware if you are selling with them they may use your photos again in the future. sickening company
