The most terrible service they offer.. They took deposit for a property and showed property to other people. The landlord accepted the offer and then agency before doing the paperwork came back saying - "landlord has got someone coming from his home in ASIA". I called up the agency 2-3 times with different names after 4-5 days in different branch and they clearly said that the property is under REFERENCE check and will be let out as well..
They [Removed] only care of how much money they can squeeze out as their agency fee and will drop out of deal for even £10 pcm.
I emailed the OWNER mentioning the way the staff deals with clients and he hasnt BOTHERED to even respond.
PATHETIC - DONT go with this agency
