Just want to say a big thanks to Ryder Dutton, the team and especially Richard Boyle (our sales negotiator) for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new family home!
Although we were in a chain, from the beginning when we got our house valued to then after a few months later and the buyer pulling out of our house, with a matter of a couple of days we managed to sell our house again straight away and still keep the house we wanted to buy with the help and reassurance from Richard Boyle himself. Although it was a long process, with the pandemic and lockdowns etc, and a stressful time, he has always kept us in the loop, always updated us, always listened to us (he needs a medal ??, we did pester him) but this was our first sale and purchase together and we didn’t want the whole thing collapsing with how long it took to go through (but we was always positive and optimistic) plus we learnt a lot from it as we didn’t know everything ourselves which was helpful. (But I’m not moving again that’s for sure) , but as a whole, I can’t fault Ryder Dutton, we couldn’t of done it without them, I do recommend them highly (my only advice is though, do your research for solicitors as that was our only main stress with communication through the whole process), they also recommended us to Gabrielle (the mortgage advisor) that helped us get a good mortgage offer, again was very helpful and always communicated well with us.
Thank you Richard for you’re patience with us, and helping us through the whole experience. We are happy now that we are finally settled in our new home, it was definitely worth the stress, we’re just glad it’s all completed. Best wishes for the future.
