Despite the challenges of Covid restrictions Gari Holden of Cobb Amos came to assess my property within 24 hours of my initial enquiry. I invited a couple of other agents to view, but liked Gari's approach and Cobb Amos's website, so opted to place the property in their hands. Within a few days a sale was achieved, and throughout the remainder of the process Gari was the model, straight-talking professional. She appears to have a great eye for the market, and the back-up team at Cobb Amos were on the ball, too. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Ludlow office.
