Appalling. Do not use this agency. The agency has repeatedly not carried out repairs to the property including water leaks and broken heating in the middle of winter. Also, on enquiring about this the staff are inept and exceedingly rude. As soon as they receive the deposit and the direct debit is set up Royston and Lund try their best to opt out of all obligations outlined in the tenancy agreement.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Employ staff with some manners and a degree of competence.

As an agent we can only act on repairs and issues that are reported. Once we have been advised, we seek landlord authorisation prior to spending their money. In the case of an emergency we always strive to act promptly to protect both the landlord and tenants interests.

Should a landlord or tenant raise a grievance with us, then we would thoroughly investigate and strive to resolve matters to everyone’s satisfaction.

It is hard for us to respond meaningfully to anonymous, unsubstantiated complaints posted on websites.
