Under the surface, our house when we first moved in was full of hidden damages and irritating broken furniture/facilities: shower broken (health hazard), sofa broken, desk broken, bed broken, rubbish mattresses, etc etc.

Gibbs Gillespie should have fully reviewed and tested this house before they took it on for letting. There is no excuse for letting students live in a house which is not only broken in places but also dangerous to live in. However, when we were given our new agent Nicola Martin all of the problems were sorted slowly but surely. Nicola could not have been more helpful or apologetic. All the problems have now been sorted thanks only to Nicola.
