If you're selling don't even think of going anywhere else.
If you're buying, find yourself a house with a Russell and Butler board and buy that one!
The team at Russell and Butler were professional, approachable and sensitive to our needs as clients.
They also have a distinct advantage in the field of estate agency: They have a sales progressor. I'll be honest, I'd never heard of one of those, but now I understand fully their significance within the team and the indispensable nature of their service in terms of ......... progressing a sale. Tracey was efficient, knowledgable and enthusiastic and she was this in abundance from start to finish. Nothing was stopping this lady! She is one of the most dedicated and personable people I have ever worked with.... Worked with? "But you're only the customer" Ah, yes but doesn't that indicated the degree to which we felt involved in the process, with regular updates, advice and encouragement where it was needed. She invested herself professionally and personally 110% and I know for sure that without her heroic efforts we would not now be celebrating the end of this difficult journey. The one that ends with a 'new' home, if Russell and Butler have anything to do with it!

I was in two minds whether to respond or not, however the more I thought about it, the more unjust I feel your comments are. This transaction has never been straightforward and what amazes me is that most of the delays were caused by you moving the goal posts and subsequently being completely inflexible on anything. This includes a time delay so long it cost the chain to lose a first-time buyer whose mortgage offer ran out which could not be renewed. This somehow became our fault. When another b ...
