“FHP a nightmare Company to deal with...”

My son moved into a flat managed by FHP Lettings. The lease started on 1st September and he did not move in until the end of September. When he arrived his room had not been cleaned, had no key, there was no hot water pressure, no WiFi which was included in the rent, the hand basin badly cracked with hair in the waste, urine left in the toilet etc. Three weeks on after multiple phone calls and emails the problems have not been solved. Only because there was a leak causing trouble in the Lidl’s downstairs has there been any attention been paid to sorting the many problems in this building. Now Lidl staff plumbers and builders have come into his room unannounced no 24 hour notice and most with no PPE during this global pandemic. Nottingham is an area of high infection. Even an email to the director David Hargreaves, has not prompted a response! Avoid this company at all costs.
