Absolutely appalling service. Agreed to leave tenancy early as new tenant available. requested notice before end of tenancy to collect remaining items and clean. Received a call to ask when I was returning the keys. Informed tenancy was ended the day before. No notice provided. Arrived at property to collect remaining items and check in being carried out for new tenant arriving in 10 minutes. Handed keys back. Romans breach own contract by not advising any deductions in their own timescales. Then told us Landlord was happy to return deposit. Romans owed 2 weeks overpaid which had to be chased. No one owned up instructing tenancy to end early as a date was never agreed. The way this situation was handed has been awful. Someone at Romans needs to be held responsible.
