Worst Lettings Agent in Kingston upon Thames
I cannot begin to describe the sheer level of incompetence demonstrated by the Stack and Bonner Kingston Lettings team during our interactions with them recently.
Their inability to comprehend the terms of their own tenancy agreement, the lack of awareness of current tenancy laws along with their general lack of empathy and professionalism make them the worst letting agents I have ever had to deal with in the last 10 years! This team's bumbling has cost both the landlord and the tenant time and money and I strongly advice anyone considering them to steer clear. You are better off using a more established brand than this bunch of clear amateurs who don't have the first clue about what they're doing.
