Graves Son and Pilcher have been acting as our Managing Agents for the last three years and have provided an excellent service, for a competitive fee.
Experienced and knowledgeable, their guidance and advice has been comprehensive and well received by the Leaseholders in all aspects of our service requirements.
All the staff, particularly our property manager Bridie Torlot, have been friendly, understanding, quick to respond to our needs, as well as to take the necessary actions where needed.
I have no hesitation in recommending the services GSP offer in respect of Managing Agents.
