We first viewed the property as it came to the market; I felt the price was too high for what we wanted to do to the property. I advised Carla at the time of the viewing to keep me inform if the price is ever lowered. I received a call following each price reduction, then Adele called me and encouraged me to put forward an offer for the property; she subsequently agreed a fair price for the property and after a swift sales process we have now completed on the property. We have since called Adele to have a look over our plans for the property; she didn't hesitate to come to the over and gave us her professional and honest opinion. We feel we have made a good investment, thanks to the team at Entwistle green Sale
