Absolutely shocking. An unsealed bedroom window has allowed rain water to leak in and find its way down to our living room ceiling, this all happened within the first week of moving in. 5 years later the issue has still not been resolved due to a botched attempt with silicone sealant! They are useless, Now they want to remove the cladding on the front of the house when clearly anybody can see the issue is with the window......
