Agent was charming initially but once you had signed she was extremely rude and couldn't care less. Flat was dirty on moving In and had to fight to get it cleaned. They entered premises without notice or permission. When I left they charged me carpet cleaning and to clean the whole flat which was left spotless. And conveniently you could only use they're approved cleaners. Ie they charged you and didn't bother cleaning. Lost half my deposit Avoid

I agree with what others have said. Agent seemed pleasant and said I'd been a great tennant then inspected and told me 300 would come out of my deposit...totally turned into a different person once I was out. I get the feeling they take 300 off ...

As above, they are trying to squeeze as much as they can out of the tenant. They charge management fees as a percentage of any work they deem to be needed and hence the higher the work bill, the higher the management fee.
