We have used Park Row, Goole for our last 2 house sales which were 2 very stressful situations due to other people in the chain (neither our or Park Rows fault)
Mel and Lisa are very welcoming and understanding. They are very patient ladies and make you feel at ease when facing a problem.
Mel, who is very bubbly and chatty offers help and makes suggestions which is very calming to a person like me, who worries about all the little details. She has gone above and beyond for me and my partner and we cannot thank her enough. I feel I can call any time and she will listen and offer support.
Lisa is wonderful at sales progression, she keeps an eye on the whole chain and updates everyone on a regular basis. Again, Lisa has gone above and beyond her role to give me the answers and offer support once the sale had been agreed. She has a lovely nature and puts people at ease with her knowledge of the industry. With both my sales I have encountered bad luck - which is not in any way due to Park Row. Lisa has been there with me all along to advise and she handled this brilliantly.
I cannot thank Mel and Lisa enough and would use Park Row every time I sell a property. Very Professional and very patient. THANK YOU!!
Comment on agent fees
Yes, you pay more than online agents but trust me when I say you get what you pay for. Worth every penny.
