Upon moving in, we noted a number of maintenance issues which we were told would be fixed. Now, seven months on, we are still waiting on the resolution for all of them, one being a major security issue for the property and causing the flat to become very cold as a result.

They seem incapable of logging what has been said on a phone call, with multiple \'lost\' requests such as arranging an inspection (in their interest, but they still failed to book it on numerous occasions), booking a handyman to fix minor faults and returning calls regularly being forgotten about or simply not written down at all. When calling them back to chase up on this, they seem to not have any idea that this was requested, and promise to call back to sort it out... which they never do.

Would not recommend.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Listen to what is being said or asked in phone calls. Don\'t make false promises. Get yourselves organised. Don\'t rent out properties with major problems which you will later claim you cannot fix.
