Professional service with a truly personal touch! We bought our current house through Charlton Grace and we were so impressed by the service Lee and Michael provided we decided to sell our then home through them. From the very beginning they were both professional, courteous and supportive. The photos provided for the listing and brochure were fabulous! Having used other agents in the past we were blown away by the quality of the photos taken. We sold our house in just over a week and Lee and Michael were excellent in providing feedback on the progression of the sale and even helped a buyer further down the chain whose own agent was not providing the service he should have been given! Lee and Michael go above and beyond to offer a professional and personal service and we would highly recommend them. We have now asked them to sell one of our investment properties as we have been so pleased with the service they provided.
If you are looking for an agency that is honest, professional, experienced and will provide you with all the support you need during a very stressful time I would certainly go to Charlton Grace.
