I can not believe the service i have received from this estate agent. I am a student and it is clear they don't value myself and my flatmate as customers by the way we have been treated. There have been ongoing issues with the condition of our flat after the previous tenants left it in a mess. Many aspects of the inventory were broken or missing. We were promised on the day we signed our contract that all issues would be sorted within 3-5 days. It is now almost 4 months later, half way through our academic year and the same issues are still present. After trying to come to a solution with Zoe, broken promise after broken promise led to her eventually getting bored of us chasing up with her and she ended up being rude to myself and my flatmate, eventually leading to her no longer responding to us and her colleague taking over. This was about 7 weeks after we moved in in which we were now back to square one with getting the issues solved as the new colleague was telling us the same excuses we were told 7 weeks previous. At the end of the day do not go to this estate agent they treat you so poorly and take you for mugs. We are paying full price for a sub par property, and have not even got so much as an apology, let alone compensation. Avoid Walton and Allen * at all costs.

To address your points, initially your property was not ready in time due to the previous tenants and we reimbursed you for a hotel. During this time maintenance was carried out including a full redecoration and new carpets. The colleague who took over was part of the maintenance department as Zoe does not deal with maintenance issues.
