Throughout every step of the rental process we have been hit by barriers preventing ease and speed due to miss information and poor work ethic largely due to Adam. Impossible to contact,skirting around questions and misinformation are what to expect from this branch. This said other employees at this branch have bent over backwards to try to please us but have only been held back by the manager Adam\'s actions.
Twice on the day of moving we have been told we are unable to move into the property due to Adams incompetence.
Highly disappointed.

Out of curiosity, me and my friend are currently going through ludlow thompson to rent, we are having issues with communication with the head office and branch staff, keep having our moving day pushed back due to their incompetence, have they actually done anything to sort out your issues?
