I can confirm that Giovanni is the worst, and his is pretty good at lying, based on my case, all the condition of house to rent in this agency are very likely in this horrible condition, lying is their daily practice, their way of earning money, this agency is the lion king of scammers, as far as i can see no body can defeat them

So not a single person in city rooms can provide any proof of what you claim? but you can have different employees comment to seem like you are telling the truth? It's a shame that you can't stand up to your mistakes and can't refute my review (that is backed up by visual evidence). This shows how obnoxious the firm is.

There is no Landlord that will grant a goodwill gesture to a tenant without making the tenant sign "in full and final settlement" of the claim.

As mentioned in my review I received the 65 pound discount after
numerous calls and follow ups. No one in city rooms answered my calls or replied to my emails in the first week. In the second week you finally decided to reply to me just because I wanted to cancel the other booking and you didn't want that.
I cannot fabricate photos, and I cannot fabricate the room conditions. The worst thing is that you decided not to acknowledge your mistakes and call the fair review I have given (backed by evidence) lies.

Dear Essam,
You said that you did not have anywhere to place your bags and you accepted the condition of the room as it was. We agreed that we will reduce £65 pounds of your rent and you will clean the room yourself. You agreed on this in writing.
