Best Estate Agent in Holmfirth 
Further to our previous conversation at the end of September I did contact the contractor on your behalf who agreed to return to your property and re-silicone your bath free of charge. As you had already undertaken the works I negotiated a refund which I believe to be a conclusion to the matter . Unfortunately on speaking further with the contractor the agreed refund had not been actioned. I have ensured that this payment has now been sent to you and apologise that this was not actioned on my initial request. On speaking with you last week you confirmed that there were no further issues that I could assist you with.
