Not very impressed. Could have been given better feedback. I used the Estate Agents as I needed accompanied viewings but feel like this was more of an online service.

I was very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service, bearing in mind that we managed to get you a mortgage which suited all of your requirements.
Unfortunately, when applying for a remortgage, we can only ever estimate the amount of money you will need to clear or "redeem" the existing mortgage, as the balance on your account changes every day. Therefore we can never provide exact costs until the Solicitor obtains your closing (redemption) balance.

Best Estate Agent in Ashton-under-Lyne 
I can see from our database that the viewings were accompanied with the exception of one, where your purchaser met with you to discuss what furniture would be included in the sale. Naturally we are happy to accompany all viewings, but in instances such as this it is normal for a vendor and purchaser and to meet and discuss such matters.
Many online agents charge extra for their services, including photography, descriptions, accompanied viewings and sale progression chase up which we include in our fees, which seem competitive based on your comment that we were dearer than some but cheaper than others so of course I am disappointed that you felt we only offered an 'online service.'
